We take the protection of personal information seriously, especially that of children.

Draft for review: final wording to be confirmed by Kutitiva Foundation.

What we collect

When you contact us, make an enquiry or donate, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, organisation, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to respond to you, manage your donation or partnership, and issue Section 18A certificates.

Assessment information

Self-Portrait™ assessment results belong to the individuals who complete them. They are shared only with the participant and, where agreed, their parents, educators or school management. We never publish individual assessment data; where we report results, we use school- or grade-level figures.

Children and photographs

We do not publish children’s names or personal circumstances. Photographs and testimonials involving learners are used only with appropriate permission, and testimonials are anonymised.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with programme partners where needed to deliver a programme, or where required by law.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us to make a request.
